How do I record a sales conversation?
Open the Record tab, pick the category that fits your call (Walk In, Phone Call, or Enrollment), and tap the record button to start. Recording keeps running while your screen is locked or the app is in the background, so you can hold a normal conversation. Tap stop when you finish, and the recording uploads for AI scoring.
How does Ace score recordings?
After a recording uploads, Agent Elite transcribes it and runs it through Ace. Ace scores each conversation against your organization's sales process, scoring weights, and any rules your leaders have trained it on. You get a score breakdown by step plus coaching notes on what went well and what to work on next.
How do I join an organization with an invite code?
Open the invite link your leader shared with you, or go to agentelite.app/join on the web. Create your account and enter the invite code your leader gave you. Your role is set automatically based on the code. Then download the Agent Elite app and sign in — your team, training, and assignments will be waiting for you.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed on the web at agentelite.app. Sign in with your account email to view your plan, update your payment method, or cancel. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
How do I delete my account?
Open the menu, tap Profile, and use the account settings to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, recordings, and transcripts. If you need help, email support@agentelite.app and we will take care of it for you.
